Everett ADUs + Carriage Houses NW began building Tiny Houses on Wheels in 2016, for customers seeking transportable living solutions. It wasn’t long before we recognized a large demand among our customers for cottages that could be legally permitted and placed permanently on the foundation of their property. So we transitioned to Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs + ADUs).
Making the leap to (D)ADUs was pretty easy since we had already figured out how to create awesome living spaces with a tiny footprint. And best of all, we build them on location!
We created a general contracting arm of the company to round out our offerings! We love helping our customers determine which project is best for them and then building beautiful living spaces that will serve them for decades to come!
