Everett ADUs is excited to partner with realtors to develop housing solutions for their customers.

We pay agents when they refer a customer resulting in the following projects*

Accessory Dwelling Unit
Garage Conversion
Remodels / New Construction
Backyard Office

*When an agent refers a customer resulting in a project for CHNW, the agent will be paid a referral fee of 1% of the value of the project, up to a maximum of $1,500. Referral fee paid once customer has paid an initial deposit to CHNW for the project.
